Monaco Landscaping is looking for hardworking, diligent lawn mower operators, and landscaping laborers to join our team.  Our team works in various rigorous cold, wet, sunny, and hot weather conditions. You must be comfortable operating lawnmowers, weed wackers, and other small-engine lawn care and landscape equipment. 

Hours & Times of Work 

Spring Lawn Care & Landscaping labor - Monday - Friday (8 - 10 Hour shifts) Saturday work is available 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Stand/Actively work up to 10+ hours daily
• At least 18 Years Old
• Valid Driver's License
• Background Check
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Pay Scale 

Lawn care & Landscape Labor 

• $18-$24 depending on experience and quality of work
• Additonal Pay if fluent in English & Spanish

Snow Labor & Operators 

• $22- $25 ( 0 - 1 years Minimaul  Experience) 
• $25 - $27 ( 1 - 2  Years Experience) 
• $27+ (2 Years + of expernice) 
• Additonal Pay if fluent in English & Spanish
